Worldwide peptide shipping is the default here: orders are accepted from any country, subject to the import rules that apply at your destination and to our right to refuse supply set out in the research use policy.
Dispatch
Orders placed before 2pm on a business day are dispatched the same day from our facility. Orders placed after that time, or on weekends and public holidays, are dispatched the next business day.
Delivery times
- Domestic: typically 2-4 business days
- Europe, United Kingdom and North America: typically 5-10 business days
- Rest of world: typically 7-14 business days
All orders ship by tracked courier and a tracking number is emailed on dispatch. International transit estimates exclude time held for customs clearance, which is outside our control.
Customs, duties and import responsibility
On international orders you are the importer of record. Any customs duty, import tax, VAT or clearance fee charged in your country is payable by you and is not included in the price shown at checkout.
Before ordering, confirm that the compounds you are buying may lawfully be imported into your country. Several are controlled substances or require an import permit in some jurisdictions. We cannot refund an order that is seized, returned or destroyed by customs because it was not lawful to import.
Packaging
Shipments are packed discreetly in unbranded outer packaging with no indication of contents. Lyophilised peptides are stable at ambient temperature for the duration of transit; where a compound requires cold-chain handling it is shipped with a cold pack at no additional cost.
Free shipping threshold
Shipping is free on orders over $300. Below that threshold a flat rate is applied at checkout.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If a vial arrives damaged, or the batch number on the label does not match the certificate supplied, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs and we will replace the item or refund it in full.
Returns
Because these are research materials whose integrity depends on unbroken storage conditions, we cannot accept returns of opened or reconstituted product. Unopened product in its original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund less return shipping.

If something arrives wrong
Photograph the parcel and the vials before opening anything further, and contact research support with the order number and the batch number on the label. Damaged, missing or incorrect items are replaced. What we cannot take back is material that has left your possession or been reconstituted, for the same reason no reputable supplier can: once a vial is opened, its chain of custody is yours and its certificate no longer describes it.
Lyophilised peptides tolerate ambient transit temperatures, which is why they are shipped as powder rather than in solution; a delay in transit does not by itself compromise a sealed vial. The testing that stands behind each batch is described on the lab testing page.
