Research use only is the basis on which every product supplied by Amino Club is sold, and this policy governs all of them. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accept it.
Products are research materials
All compounds supplied are intended exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research and analytical reference. They are not medicines, not dietary supplements, not cosmetics, and not veterinary products. They have not been evaluated by any medicines regulator for safety or efficacy in humans or animals.
Not for consumption
No product supplied by Amino Club may be administered to or consumed by humans or animals under any circumstances. We do not supply dosing information, administration protocols or usage guidance, and we will not provide them on request.
Purchaser obligations
- You are a qualified researcher, or purchasing on behalf of a research institution or business.
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You will handle, store and dispose of the material in accordance with accepted laboratory practice.
- You are solely responsible for determining whether your intended use is lawful in your jurisdiction, and for obtaining any licence or approval that use requires.
- You will not resupply the material to any person for human or animal use.
Regulatory status
A number of the compounds in this catalogue are controlled, scheduled or prescription-only substances in many countries when supplied for therapeutic use. Supply for research purposes does not change the legal status of a substance for any other purpose, and the rules differ from country to country. It is your responsibility to confirm what is lawful where you are, and to obtain any licence or import permit your jurisdiction requires, before ordering.

Refusal of supply
Research use only is therefore a condition of sale, not a formality. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, without explanation, where we believe the material may be intended for human consumption or any unlawful purpose.
What research use only means in practice
Research use only is not a disclaimer bolted onto a consumer product. It is a description of what these compounds are. A research peptide is a laboratory reference material: a defined sequence, made to a specification, tested for purity and identity, and sold so that it can be used in controlled in-vitro work. It has not been through the clinical evaluation, manufacturing controls or regulatory approval that a medicine requires, and nothing about a Certificate of Analysis substitutes for any of that.
The practical consequence is that we will not tell you what to do with the material. Amino Club does not publish dosing tables, administration protocols, cycles, stacks or anything resembling them, and research support will decline those questions rather than answer them badly. This is not caution for its own sake: a supplier that hands out dosing advice has stopped being a supplier of reference materials and started practising something it is not qualified or licensed to practise. The line between a research reagent and an approved medical product is drawn by regulators such as the US Food and Drug Administration.
Your obligations under research use only supply
By ordering you confirm that you are a qualified researcher or an institution, that the material will be used in lawful in-vitro research, and that you have checked what may lawfully be imported and held in your own jurisdiction.
