Modified GRF(1-29): the same GHRH analogue without the albumin anchor, giving a discrete pulse rather than a sustained elevation.
About CJC-1295 without DAC
This is the 29-residue GHRH analogue with its four stabilising substitutions and no drug affinity complex. It is commonly called modified GRF(1-29), and its half-life is on the order of thirty minutes rather than days.
The substitutions matter: native GHRH(1-29) is cleaved by DPP-4 within minutes, so the unmodified fragment is of little practical use. What these four changes buy is enough stability to produce a measurable, repeatable pulse.
What the research covers
This is the form for time-course work. Where the endpoint is the shape of the growth hormone response — amplitude, time to peak, decay, interaction with an endogenous pulse — a sustained-release form cannot answer the question and this one can.
It is also the form used in combination designs. Pairing a GHRH analogue with a ghrelin receptor agonist to produce coincident peaks requires both to be short-acting, which is why the combined preparation uses this one. See the DAC comparison. The growth hormone research peptides hub covers how this group splits between the two receptor families.

Handling CJC-1295 without DAC
Supplied lyophilised. Without the maleimide group this form has no reactive handle to protect, which makes it more forgiving in solution than the DAC version — the main risk is ordinary peptide degradation rather than a silent chemical conversion.
Store sealed vials at -20°C, reconstitute gently, and keep solutions cold. Because the experimental value here is timing, note that a working solution left to degrade will flatten the very pulse the design is measuring.
Solvent options are under reconstitution supplies.

Certificates, delivery and terms
This batch ships with the Certificate of Analysis carrying the batch number printed on its label; how that is tested and released is set out on the lab testing page. Delivery, customs and returns are covered on the shipping page, common questions on the FAQ, and quantity pricing through bulk and wholesale. Supplied for in-vitro laboratory research only: not a medicine, not a supplement, not for human or veterinary use, and no dosing or administration guidance is provided — see the research use policy.
