Two satiety pathways in one vial: an amylin analogue and a GLP-1 receptor agonist, supplied together for combination work.
About Cagrilintide + Semaglutide
This preparation combines a long-acting amylin analogue with a GLP-1 receptor agonist in a fixed ratio. The rationale is that the two act through unrelated receptor families — calcitonin receptor complexes for amylin, a class B GPCR for GLP-1 — while converging on overlapping hindbrain and hypothalamic circuits.
A combined preparation is a screening instrument, not a mechanistic one. If an effect appears, this vial cannot tell you which component produced it, or whether the two interacted. For attribution you need the single components run alongside it: Cagrilintide and a single-receptor incretin comparator.
What the research covers
The research question is whether dual-pathway satiety signalling is additive, synergistic, or subject to a ceiling imposed by the shared downstream circuitry. Endpoints are the usual ones for this area — food intake, gastric emptying, glucose handling — but the design question is the comparator set rather than the endpoint.
Fixed-ratio preparations also fix the ratio, which is a limitation if the ratio is itself the variable of interest. Where it is, the single compounds are the right starting point. The metabolic research peptides hub sets out how this group divides.

Handling Cagrilintide + Semaglutide
Supplied lyophilised. Both components are aggregation-prone in solution and the amylin component more so, which means the combined preparation inherits the stricter of the two handling requirements rather than an average of them.
Reconstitute gently against the vial wall, do not shake, prepare fresh, and avoid freeze-thaw cycling entirely. Solvent options are listed under reconstitution supplies.

Certificates, delivery and terms
This batch ships with the Certificate of Analysis carrying the batch number printed on its label; how that is tested and released is set out on the lab testing page. Delivery, customs and returns are covered on the shipping page, common questions on the FAQ, and quantity pricing through bulk and wholesale. Supplied for in-vitro laboratory research only: not a medicine, not a supplement, not for human or veterinary use, and no dosing or administration guidance is provided — see the research use policy.
