Survodutide

$270.00

GLP-1 and glucagon receptor dual agonist, supplied lyophilised for energy-expenditure research.

SKU: SUR10 Category:

A GLP-1 and glucagon receptor dual agonist weighted towards the glucagon arm — which is where the energy-expenditure hypothesis lives.

About Survodutide

Survodutide is a dual agonist at the GLP-1 and glucagon receptors, acylated for albumin binding and a long half-life. It shares its receptor pair with Mazdutide but not its potency ratio, and the ratio is the variable that decides what the molecule actually does.

Glucagon receptor agonism is the less intuitive half. On its own it raises hepatic glucose output, which is unwanted; the proposition is that concurrent GLP-1 agonism offsets that while the increase in energy expenditure and the effect on hepatic lipid are retained.

What the research covers

Work covers resting energy expenditure, hepatic lipid content and fibrosis endpoints, and the glycaemic trade-off between the two arms. Hepatic steatosis models are prominent precisely because glucagon receptor signalling acts on the liver directly rather than through an appetite circuit.

Comparative work against a glucagon-free dual agonist, or against the single-receptor GLP-1 class comparator, is what isolates the contribution of the glucagon arm. The metabolic research peptides hub sets out how this group divides.

Handling Survodutide

Supplied lyophilised. Handling matches the rest of the acylated analogue class: robust dry, aggregation-prone in solution, intolerant of agitation and repeated freezing.

Prepare working solutions fresh and treat turbidity as a reason to discard rather than to filter.

Solvent options are under reconstitution supplies.

Further reading: the Survodutide guide in the Amino Club research library covers the mechanism and the published work in more detail.

Certificates, delivery and terms

This batch ships with the Certificate of Analysis carrying the batch number printed on its label; how that is tested and released is set out on the lab testing page. Delivery, customs and returns are covered on the shipping page, common questions on the FAQ, and quantity pricing through bulk and wholesale. Supplied for in-vitro laboratory research only: not a medicine, not a supplement, not for human or veterinary use, and no dosing or administration guidance is provided — see the research use policy.
