Certificate requests
Include the batch number printed on your vial label and we will return the Certificate of Analysis for that batch.
When to contact Amino Club
Contact Amino Club research support for anything that needs a person rather than a page. The three requests that come up most often are a Certificate of Analysis for a specific batch number, a technical question about handling or reconstitution, and a change to an order that has not yet been dispatched. All three are answered directly by the people who handle the stock, not by a ticketing queue.
If you are asking about a batch, include the batch number printed on the vial label. If you are asking about an order, include the order number from your confirmation. Either one lets us answer in a single reply instead of three.
What we cannot answer
We do not give dosing guidance, administration protocols, or advice on what a compound will do in a living organism. That is not evasion, it is the line that separates a supplier of laboratory reference materials from something we are not licensed or qualified to be. Everything sold here is supplied for in-vitro research only, under the research use policy.
Questions about purity testing, storage, reconstitution, international delivery and customs are usually already answered on the FAQ, and the testing process itself is set out on the lab testing page. Volume and institutional enquiries go through bulk and wholesale, where a quote can be prepared against a purchase order.
Response times when you contact Amino Club
Enquiries are answered seven days a week, usually within a few hours during business hours and by the next morning outside them. Certificate requests are the fastest, because the document already exists and only needs matching to a batch number. Quotes for volume orders take longer, since stock and lead time are checked per line before anything is sent back.
What to include in your message
One detail usually decides whether you get an answer in one reply or three. If you are asking about a compound, name it and say what you need to know. If you are asking about a batch, include the batch number printed on the vial label. If you are asking about an order, include the order number from your confirmation email. If you are asking about volume pricing, include the quantity and the timeframe.
There is no ticketing system in the way, and no chatbot answering on anyone's behalf. Messages reach the people who handle the stock and the certificates, which is why a specific question gets a specific answer rather than a link back to a help page. When you contact Amino Club, a person reads it.
Whichever route you use to contact Amino Club, the reply comes from the same small team. Amino Club does not outsource support.
Before you contact Amino Club
A good share of what reaches us is already written down. Purity testing, storage, reconstitution, international delivery and customs are covered on the FAQ. How a batch is quarantined, tested and released is on the peptide purity testing page. Dispatch times, delivery estimates and the returns position are on the shipping page. Volume and institutional terms are on bulk and wholesale.
What we will not answer
Dosing, administration and anything about effects in a living organism. Not as a policy of caution but because these are laboratory reference materials and we are not qualified to advise on their use in any other context. Questions of that kind belong in the published literature, which is indexed on PubMed, not in a supplier inbox. The terms you accept when ordering are in the research use only policy.
