How this privacy policy is applied
The short version of this privacy policy is that we collect what an order needs and nothing else. To ship a parcel we need a name, a delivery address, an email address and a phone number, because carriers require a contact number for international delivery. To answer a support enquiry we need whatever you choose to tell us in it. We do not build profiles, we do not sell customer data, and we do not pass details to anyone beyond the carrier and the systems that run the site.
Orders are placed without a stored payment method on this site, so we hold no card numbers and no bank details. Packaging is discreet and unbranded, and nothing on the outside of a parcel names the contents; that is a privacy measure as much as a logistical one, and it is described further on the shipping page.
If you want to know what we hold about you, want it corrected, or want it deleted once it is no longer needed for an order or for our legal obligations, email research support and say so. We will answer in plain language rather than with a form.
Who this privacy policy shares data with
Three parties, and no others. The carrier handling your parcel receives the delivery name, address and phone number, because a shipment cannot move without them. The hosting and email systems that run this site process data incidentally in the course of storing an order and sending a confirmation. Where support is handled through live chat, the transcript sits with that provider. Nothing is sold, rented, or passed to advertisers or data brokers, and we run no advertising or tracking pixels on this site.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as we may need them to answer a question about a past order or to meet a legal or accounting obligation, and no longer. Support correspondence is kept while a matter is open and for a reasonable period afterwards. If you ask us to delete what we hold, we delete everything we are not required to retain, and we tell you plainly what is left and why.
Exercising your rights
Email research support and say what you want: a copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion. There is no form to fill in and no verification hoop beyond confirming you are the person who placed the order. We answer in plain language, and we answer the question you asked rather than restating this privacy policy back at you.
This privacy policy applies to every order placed with Amino Club and to every message sent to Amino Club research support. If Amino Club ever changes how it handles your data, this privacy policy is updated first.
